When you book a ride or contact us, we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if provided), pickup and drop locations, travel dates and any special instructions you add to the booking.

If you create an account, we also store your login email and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your password in readable form.

How we use your information

We use your details only to arrange your trip: assigning a driver and vehicle, confirming the booking by call or WhatsApp, and providing support during and after the journey.

We may contact you about a booking you made, a quote you requested, or a service issue. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Sharing with drivers

Your name, mobile number and pickup location are shared with the assigned driver so they can reach you. No other details are shared.

Data retention and security

Booking records are retained for accounting and support purposes. Access is limited to authorised staff, and all data is stored on secured infrastructure with row-level access controls.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing Rajlaxmienterprises0811@gmail.com from your registered address. We respond within a reasonable period.
