Bookings

A booking is treated as confirmed once our team acknowledges it by phone, WhatsApp or email. Fares shown on the website are estimates based on the distance, vehicle and time of travel you entered.

Please provide accurate pickup details. Incorrect addresses may cause delays for which we cannot be held responsible.

Fares and extra charges

The estimated fare includes the base per-kilometre charge, driver allowance and toll estimate. State entry taxes, parking fees and any extra kilometres travelled beyond the agreed route are charged at actuals.

Trips departing between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM attract a night charge, which is shown in your fare breakdown before you confirm.

Waiting time

A grace period of 30 minutes is included for outstation pickups and 45 minutes for airport pickups. Beyond this, waiting charges may apply at the prevailing hourly rate.

Driver and vehicle

We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of the same or higher category if the assigned car becomes unavailable. Drivers follow legal driving hours; an overnight halt is required on long multi-day trips.

Smoking, alcohol consumption and carrying prohibited items in the vehicle are not permitted. Any damage or soiling caused by passengers will be charged at actuals.

Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes or other events beyond our control. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bokaro, Jharkhand.
